Dashboard

Start the workout from the buttons below: open the camera, choose the exercise, run Learn Mode, then review the report.
Step 1
Open Camera
Use the Video page when you need to start or inspect the live stream.
Step 2
Choose Exercise
Use the Exercise page for detection, lock, reps, and exercise selection.
Step 3
Learn or Report
Use Learn Mode for coaching, then Reports for saved session results.
Main route
Most sessions should follow one simple order. Use System only when the status row shows a real blocker.
Camera first. Open Camera when you need to turn on or verify the stream.
Exercise second. Choose Exercise when the body is visible and you need lock or rep data.
Learn and Reports third. Use Learn for cues during the set and Reports after a saved result.
Start Workout
Use these four buttons in order. They are the main flow for a live session.
System Snapshot
Use this row to answer one question fast: can the operator stay on the main lane, or should they recover a blocked dependency first?
System readiness
-
Top-level readiness for the current operator session.
Live feed
-
Whether the active live feed is fresh enough to use.

Dashboard data delayed
Live updates are limited. The page may be showing stale data until the stream becomes healthy again.
Presentation Mode
Keep the live story to one scan: what is running, whether the lock is stable, how many reps were counted, and whether the last result was saved.

Use these context-specific exits when the preview is healthy enough to tell you what kind of page should open next.
Open Camera Go here when the stream is stale, mirrored wrong, or the preview transport looks unhealthy.
Choose Exercise Go here when the preview is live but the lock, rep count, or live technique story looks wrong.
Open Learn Mode Go here when the lesson cue, body visibility, or coaching stage is the main question.
Open Reports Go here when the live session looks fine and the next question is about saved outcome, user history, or score review.
Open System Go here only when the dashboard shows stale data, missing services, or platform blockers.
